The role of Assistant Pastry Chef at Wynn Resorts is a vital position within the culinary team, supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining high-quality pastry production that aligns with the resort’s exacting standards. Job Requirements
- ability to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
- 4 years experience in a high volume, high quality pastry production kitchen
- minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- willingness to obtain and maintain licensing or active work cards as required
- ability to work efficiently within a team

Job Duties
- support the Executive Chef in all aspects of cost control
- complete inventories and food requisitions
