The role requires a hands-on approach within various kitchen environments covering multiple meal periods and managing high-volume food production. Responsibilities include baking a wide range of products such as cakes, pies, pastries, breads, and tortes according to corporate recipe guidelines and quality standards. The candidate will ensure the kitchen and related equipment are maintained in optimal condition to provide a clean, hazard-free workplace that complies with sanitation and safety regulations set forth by department policies and health authorities.
