Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods for daily service and special events
- Restock pastry displays and maintain production levels for à la carte and banquet operations
- Fulfill dessert requirements for weddings, golf outings, wine dinners, member events, and club functions
- Plate and display desserts with attention to presentation and detail
- Prepare and package house-made items such as granola bars and other specialty products
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and professional appearance
- Follow recipes accurately while making adjustments when necessary
- Assist with inventory rotation and back-stock production
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and new dessert offerings
