Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to lift heavy materials weighing 50 lbs or more
  • availability for early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
  • ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions
  • understanding of compliance with local, state, and federal food handler regulations

Job Qualifications

  • at least 1 year of experience in large-scale baking or pastry production
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong attention to detail when decorating and preparing pastries
  • good physical stamina for lifting and standing long hours
  • previous experience working in a bakery is preferred but not required
  • formal baking or pastry education is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist in preparing and baking pastries and baked goods
  • follow recipes and quality standards meticulously
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
  • lift and handle heavy ingredients and supplies
  • support team members during busy production times
  • comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
