Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift heavy materials weighing 50 lbs or more
- availability for early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
- ability to stand and work for extended periods
- flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions
- understanding of compliance with local, state, and federal food handler regulations
Job Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience in large-scale baking or pastry production
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong attention to detail when decorating and preparing pastries
- good physical stamina for lifting and standing long hours
- previous experience working in a bakery is preferred but not required
- formal baking or pastry education is a plus
Job Duties
- assist in preparing and baking pastries and baked goods
- follow recipes and quality standards meticulously
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
- lift and handle heavy ingredients and supplies
- support team members during busy production times
- comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- adapt to early morning shifts and dynamic work environment
