The position focuses on supporting machine operators in ensuring the seamless setup and execution of manufacturing orders. Responsibilities include mounting printing and cutting dies, adjusting inks, and performing quality control checks throughout various stages of production. Candidates will assist in monitoring machine output, reporting any quality deviations, and participating in the cleanup and maintenance of equipment. Adherence to company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures is essential, as is maintaining shop organization based on the 5S Standards.

Job Duties
- work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity
- decreasing downtime and waste
- receive and follow directions from the operator and/or supervisor
- assist machine operator to set up orders, mount printing and cutting dies, ink adjustments, and ensure quality checks are performed before, during and upon completion of each order
- inspect machine during run and notify operator when acceptable parts are not being produced
- assist in cleanup of equipment
- follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
- maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S standards
- other duties as assigned
