Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Experience working in a hotel environment preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
  • Prior hotel experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a flexible work schedule
  • Team player

Job Duties

  • Oversee scheduling and forecasting for Tropico outlet
  • Conduct training for food and beverage staff
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain adherence to Hyatt corporate standards and operating procedures
  • Provide support and care for colleagues to foster a positive work environment
  • Uphold excellent guest service and professional presence
  • Analyze and resolve operational challenges
