Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage management preferred
- Experience working in a hotel environment preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

- Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
- Prior hotel experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee scheduling and forecasting for Tropico outlet
- Conduct training for food and beverage staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain adherence to Hyatt corporate standards and operating procedures
- Provide support and care for colleagues to foster a positive work environment
- Uphold excellent guest service and professional presence
- Analyze and resolve operational challenges
