Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Availability to work full time
  • Management position experience
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 4 years relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and reports
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing operational strategies
  • Experience with guest satisfaction measurement and improvement

Job Duties

  • Develop operational strategy aligned with brand business strategy
  • Review guest feedback and satisfaction data
  • Provide performance feedback to operations team
  • Conduct walkthroughs of guest rooms and public spaces
  • Engage with employees and guests to assess needs
  • Implement sustainable work processes
  • Monitor departmental financial performance
  • Communicate departmental goals
  • Ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees
  • Recognize team member contributions
  • Foster commitment to excellent service
  • Make decisions to achieve property goals
  • Attend owner meetings and report operational results
