Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Availability to work full time
- Management position experience
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 4 years relevant experience
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements and reports
- Proficiency in developing and implementing operational strategies
- Experience with guest satisfaction measurement and improvement
Job Duties
- Develop operational strategy aligned with brand business strategy
- Review guest feedback and satisfaction data
- Provide performance feedback to operations team
- Conduct walkthroughs of guest rooms and public spaces
- Engage with employees and guests to assess needs
- Implement sustainable work processes
- Monitor departmental financial performance
- Communicate departmental goals
- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees
- Recognize team member contributions
- Foster commitment to excellent service
- Make decisions to achieve property goals
