Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
- wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work with flexible work schedule

- able to work any shift, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee scheduling and staff management for food and beverage venues
- forecast business and staffing needs
- conduct training and development for team members
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
- coordinate special events within the hotel
- maintain food and beverage cost control
- communicate effectively with guests and staff to uphold service standards
