Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work with flexible work schedule
  • be a team player and a dynamic leader
  • must have open availability
  • able to work any shift, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee scheduling and staff management for food and beverage venues
  • forecast business and staffing needs
  • conduct training and development for team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
  • coordinate special events within the hotel
  • maintain food and beverage cost control
  • communicate effectively with guests and staff to uphold service standards
