The role of Operations Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is a vital leadership position within the hotel's Food and Beverage Team. This position entails overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with legal and company standards, and fostering a high level of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
- experience in unionized environment preferred
- strong communication and analytical skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
