Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
- experience in unionized environment preferred
- strong communication and analytical skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- flexible work schedule availability
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- commitment to company policies and guest satisfaction standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
- experience in a unionized environment preferred
- proficiency with food and beverage technology systems such as Simphony, EMC, RealTime, SevenRooms, Kronos
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- motivational leadership qualities
- proven experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to maintain professional relationships across departments
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
- schedule staff and forecast operational needs
- conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- supervise and mentor food and beverage staff on service standards and procedures
- manage inventory requisitions and end-of-day reports
- resolve guest and customer complaints promptly
- collaborate with management to implement policies enhancing guest and employee satisfaction
