Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • experience in unionized environment preferred
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible work schedule availability
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • commitment to company policies and guest satisfaction standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • experience in a unionized environment preferred
  • proficiency with food and beverage technology systems such as Simphony, EMC, RealTime, SevenRooms, Kronos
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • motivational leadership qualities
  • proven experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to maintain professional relationships across departments

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
  • schedule staff and forecast operational needs
  • conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • supervise and mentor food and beverage staff on service standards and procedures
  • manage inventory requisitions and end-of-day reports
  • resolve guest and customer complaints promptly
  • collaborate with management to implement policies enhancing guest and employee satisfaction
