Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with office machines such as facsimile, high speed copier, multi-line phone and 10 key calculator preferred
- Excellent customer service and client focused skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage through competing priorities
- Detail orientated and ability follow directions and procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Sorts and delivers incoming and outgoing mail including accounts receivable bank drops
- File, fax, scan, print and assemble documents
- Assist with entering office expenses such as FedEx, messenger services, and invoices
- New hire set-up including assigning office or cubicle, retrieving name plates, managing IT tickets, new hire photo, badges, keys, and supplies
- Organize and clean out offices and cubicles of exiting team members
- Ensure training rooms, conference rooms, and overall office space are clean and organized
- Assist in the setup or breaking down of tables and furniture
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms
- Provide reception coverage
- Order and stock office supplies, stationary, and breakroom supplies including coffee, soda, and snacks
