The Assistant General Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the daily functions of the center, especially in the General Manager's absence. This hands-on position demands a person who enjoys making moment-to-moment decisions to wisely allocate time and resources to various projects. Leadership skills will be key as the successful candidate will manage and assign tasks among team members to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, the role includes hands-on duties such as installing vehicle accessories including hitches and brake controllers, which requires technical aptitude and attention to detail.
