Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
- ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to work long or irregular shifts
- strong leadership capability
- basic understanding of profit and loss management
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred
- some knowledge of P&L interpretation and management
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manages inventory costs and conducts daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections
- places and receives inventory truck orders
- maintains and monitors a list of restaurant assets
- ensures preventative maintenance of facility and equipment
- follows all cash control and security procedures
- motivates and directs team members for excellent guest service
- provides coaching and feedback to staff
- directs team for efficient and accurate product preparation and sale
- ensures adherence to operational and brand standards
- performs duties of Hourly Shift Leader when necessary
