We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food, leadership, and excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality experience for both customers and staff. This position offers flexible scheduling with anytime or evening/weekend availability preferred and pays between $13.00 and $16.00 per hour. It is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with managing a lively food service venue.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing food and labor costs to keep the business running smoothly and profitably, and leading the training and onboarding of new employees. This leadership role also includes direct customer interaction at the mac-line and cash register, contributing hands-on to the preparation of the delicious mac-and-cheese creations for which Roni’s Mac Bar is famous.
