Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility daily
  • manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management
  • work to a schedule
  • maintain perfect store image and adherence to standards
  • deliver great customer service
  • ensure attendance and punctuality
  • maintain store cleanliness
  • oversee marketing and profitability
  • handle delivery duties including driving, delivering product to customers, and distributing flyers and door hangers
  • set example by following all policies and procedures
  • expect the same from crew
  • manage customer relations
  • ensure transportation to/from work
  • maintain cash control
  • manage profit and loss effectively
  • train and lead team members
