Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management
- work to a schedule
- maintain perfect store image and adherence to standards
- deliver great customer service
- ensure attendance and punctuality
- maintain store cleanliness
- oversee marketing and profitability
- handle delivery duties including driving, delivering product to customers, and distributing flyers and door hangers
- set example by following all policies and procedures
- expect the same from crew
- manage customer relations
- ensure transportation to/from work
- maintain cash control
- manage profit and loss effectively
