In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 12 employees during your scheduled shifts. You will oversee all store operations while in charge, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant meets our stringent standards for quality and cleanliness. Your duties will include making fast, accurate, and consistent products in compliance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant from the customer's first point of contact through to the back of the store will be imperative. You will also be responsible for upholding a professional appearance, adhering to the company's grooming and uniform standards.

This position requires flexibility, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and some holidays. You will be a key part of the team, expected to foster a fun, energetic, and positive atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Your leadership will be fundamental to delivering the great customer experience for which the company is known.
