Job Description

Domino's is renowned globally as the number one pizza company, and Team Honey Badger stands out as one of the largest and fastest-growing franchise groups in the United States. With an impressive footprint of 148 stores spanning across 10 states, Team Honey Badger has been dedicated to delivering not only delicious pizza but also significant career opportunities since its establishment in 1985. The franchise continues to uphold a strong commitment to both its customers and its employees, fostering an environment built on teamwork, growth, and success. This legacy of excellence and opportunity makes Team Honey Badger an exceptional choice for any ambitious professional seeking to build a rewarding career in restaurant management.

The role of Assistant Manager at Team Honey Badger offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. This full-time position is designed as a fast track to becoming a General Manager, providing comprehensive training and development to help individuals advance in their management careers. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to support all aspects of restaurant operations, from team leadership to operational management, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and meets company standards.

Assistant Managers are integral to the success of each store, taking on responsibilities that include leading, training, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality, speed, and accuracy, which are crucial to Domino's reputation. Additionally, you will handle scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and assist with hiring and staff development, playing a key role in building a strong, efficient team.

Moreover, Assistant Managers manage banking, cash handling, and overall store profitability, supporting marketing efforts to grow sales and enhance store performance. This role is highly hands-on and requires leadership and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Whether you're managing daily operations or planning for future growth, your efforts will contribute directly to the franchise's ongoing success.

In return, Team Honey Badger offers a competitive compensation package starting at $16 an hour, with growth potential as you advance through the ranks. The position includes a flexible schedule offering 32-40 hours per week and clear pathways for career progression to full management and beyond. Remote or off-site training isn’t required as all paid training is provided on-site, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a specialized 3-day leadership capstone program.

Benefits for Assistant Managers also include paid time off, employee discounts, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and comprehensive health insurance options including dental and vision coverage. This robust benefits package is designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and overall well-being, making Team Honey Badger a great place to work for both personal and professional growth.

If you are a motivated individual with strong customer service skills, a capacity to lead in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to grow your career in restaurant management, this role is an excellent fit. Joining Team Honey Badger means becoming part of a supportive community where leadership, opportunity, and pizza come together to create a fulfilling career experience. Start your journey with Domino's today and take the first step toward becoming a successful General Manager in a thriving, dynamic franchise setting.
