The Applebee's Assistant Manager role is a vital position within Flynn Group’s Applebee’s operations. This role involves hands-on management of daily restaurant activities, ensuring high standards of customer service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead by example, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued, and staff are motivated to perform at their best. Flynn Group provides competitive compensation for this role, with pay ranging from $15.38 to $26.44 per hour, equating to approximately $44,850 to $68,500 annually based on a 50-hour work week. Additionally, there may be opportunities for monthly bonuses depending on the location.
