As an Applebee's Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant and be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational standards are met or exceeded, including food quality, safety, and sanitation.

This full-time assistant manager role offers competitive compensation ranging from $18.18 to $25.71 per hour, approximately $51,994 to $73,530 annually based on a 50-hour workweek, with potential monthly bonuses depending on location. The role requires flexibility in shift work, often including weekends, and physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing and mobility for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
