Job Requirements
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager or 3 years experience as Assistant Manager externally
- 100% certification in all workstations
- ServSafe certified
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to speak read and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Analytical skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Working knowledge of computers
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to travel to other locations
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager internally
- Minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience externally with some P&L responsibility
- 100% certified in all workstations for internal candidates
- ServSafe certification required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- Basic math proficiency
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong organization and planning capabilities
- Self-starter with initiative
- Working knowledge of personal computers and software
- Valid driver's license insurance and willingness to travel

Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems are implemented and adhered to
- Identifies and develops internal candidates for management roles
- Works with team to execute the Service Profit Chain and maintains a friendly fun clean and safe environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to high performance
- Ensures excellent guest service and food quality
- Manages daily operational performance and addresses guest concerns professionally
- Maintains brand image through consistency in service food quality and cleanliness
- Analyzes financial performance and develops action plans to increase sales and profitability
- Uses management information tools to monitor costs and budget adherence
- Supports policy compliance and food safety standards
- Demonstrates effective conflict management and communication skills
- Acts as a role model for guest service and employee development
- Performs other related duties as assigned
