The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Jack in the Box is responsible for managing restaurant operations either alongside or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- complete Assistant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience depending on internal or external hire
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- excellent interpersonal skills
- effective communication skills
- strong organizational and planning skills
- proficiency in basic math
- willingness to accept responsibility
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer keyboard

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year of experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience with P&L responsibility for external candidates
- 100% certification in all workstations required
- ServSafe certification
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in basic math
- analytical and organizational skills
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to operate personal vehicle
- ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
- knowledge of personal computers and software
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
