Essential certifications include ServSafe and completion of Assistant Manager training classes. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between restaurant locations. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager
  • ServSafe certification
  • Completion of Assistant Manager training classes
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
  • Ability to drive a personal vehicle for business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum of 3 years Assistant Manager experience for external candidates
  • Must be 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Completion of Assistant Manager training classes
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and software applications
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to travel between restaurant locations
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties
