Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager internally, or 3 years experience externally
  • Must be 100% certified in all workstations
  • Complete Assistant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
  • Able to drive a personal vehicle for work purposes
  • Comply with all company policies and labor laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • Complete Assistant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Good organization and planning abilities
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and software
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
