Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in related role for internal promotion or minimum 3 years for external recruit
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- Ability to manage conflict and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Must complete Assistant Manager training classes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager in customer service for internal promotion
- Minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience with P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations for internal candidates
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
- Working knowledge of personal computers and software
- Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
- ServSafe certification required
- Must complete Assistant Manager training classes
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management positions
- Ensure effective execution of the Service Profit Chain and "My Promise to You"
- Create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- Motivate and inspire employees while adhering to company procedures
- Recognize and reward employees appropriately
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Monitor adherence to food safety and operational standards
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally
