Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete Assistant Manager training classes
  • knowledge of state and federal labor laws
  • ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
  • ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • ability to drive a motor vehicle
  • ability to operate a computer keyboard
  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience with some P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • 100% certification in all workstations
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong math and analytical abilities
  • good organizational and planning skills
  • self-starter with initiative
  • working knowledge of computer applications
  • valid driver’s license and insurance

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • recruit, train, and develop restaurant employees
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • monitor and improve guest service
  • handle guest concerns and complaints
  • analyze and improve restaurant financial performance
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • support and execute company policies and procedures
  • foster a positive work environment
  • provide performance feedback to employees
  • assist with business management and decision making
  • perform other related duties as assigned
