Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Completion of Assistant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to speak read and write English effectively
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 pounds
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- Must comply with company arbitration agreement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager in customer service for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete Assistant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
- Working knowledge of personal computers and software
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to use personal vehicle for business travel
