Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be 100 percent certified in all workstations
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- proven organizational and planning skills
- ability to stand and walk 85-95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a vehicle
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- willing to accept responsibility and take initiative
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience as a shift leader or assistant manager (internal promote) or minimum of 3 years as assistant manager with P&L responsibility (external recruit)
- must complete assistant manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to perform basic math and analytical tasks
- experience with personal computers and software applications
- valid driver's license and insurance
