Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must complete assistant manager training classes
- must be ServSafe certified
- must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
- must be able to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- ability to operate computer keyboard
- commitment to integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum one year experience as a shift leader or assistant manager internally promoted
- minimum three years experience as an assistant manager externally recruited
- 100 percent certification in all workstations
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- self-starter with initiative
- working knowledge of personal computers and software
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ServSafe certification
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
- ability to drive a motor vehicle
