- Food handler's card where applicable

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to provide excellent customer service
- Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Ensure compliance with local and state food safety regulations
- Manage scheduling and staff assignments to meet operational needs
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and accounting tasks
