Job Description

The Westin Phoenix Downtown is seeking an Entry-Level Management position to support the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and meeting budget goals.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
