- Leadership qualities with experience in managing shifts supervising kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of hospitality
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service delivery
- Supervise and motivate staff providing training and development to uphold high standards of food safety customer service and hospitality
- Oversee food preparation cooking processes and food handling to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing cash handling and sales reconciliation
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Manage shift schedules coordinate staff coverage and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly
- Support kitchen management tasks including food production oversight catering coordination and ensuring adherence to food safety standards
