Job Requirements

  • Availability to work in-person at the restaurant location

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking procedures and kitchen management practices

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Skilled in staff training and development interviewing potential team members and fostering a positive team environment
  • Competent in inventory control budgeting food safety protocols and food industry regulations
  • Leadership qualities with experience in managing shifts supervising kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of hospitality

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service delivery
  • Supervise and motivate staff providing training and development to uphold high standards of food safety customer service and hospitality
  • Oversee food preparation cooking processes and food handling to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing cash handling and sales reconciliation
  • Control inventory levels through effective stock management ordering supplies and minimizing waste
  • Manage shift schedules coordinate staff coverage and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly
  • Support kitchen management tasks including food production oversight catering coordination and ensuring adherence to food safety standards
