Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
  • Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
  • Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
  • Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Establish staff compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
