Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate all store equipment
  • Experience with food preparation and inventory management
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
  • Competence in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to make accurate monetary change
  • Familiarity with computer order entry systems
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls during shifts
  • Oversee inventory control and stock ingredients
  • Handle cash control and reconcile cash registers
  • Set examples by following company policies and procedures
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain store cleanliness and work areas
  • Support marketing initiatives and promote store profitability
