This cooperative grocery store operates with a strong sense of community engagement and values teamwork, inclusivity, and excellent customer service as core components of its business model.

This role offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $20 per hour, based on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The work schedules include two options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, both from 6 am to 2 pm. As part of the deli team, you will collaborate with other employees to create a positive and efficient work environment while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.
The position requires a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and quality control, as well as the ability to assist in ordering supplies, managing inventory, and supervising staff. Additional responsibilities include updating and documenting recipes, participating in inventory counts, and ensuring all kitchen and bakery products are well stocked and rotated properly. Candidates for this role should be highly organized with excellent communication skills and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Co-op is an equal opportunity employer that complies with federal and state disability laws, making reasonable accommodations as needed to support all applicants and employees. This ensures a diverse, supportive, and equitable work environment for all team members.
