Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage and oversee store operations
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain cost controls
  • Good physical stamina to perform standing, walking, lifting and carrying duties
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record if delivering
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate store equipment and computer systems
  • Experience in customer service and team supervision

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the store during shifts including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Set example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring crew compliance
  • Handle staffing, complete paperwork, and maintain cost controls
  • Oversee food management, scheduling, and store cleanliness
  • Promote great customer service and ensure perfect store image and adherence to standards
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
  • Manage marketing efforts and work towards store profitability
