Job Requirements
- prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
- servsafe certification and any required city or state food safety certifications
- ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees
- skill in using a computer and or tablet
- manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- prioritize exceptional customer service and hospitality
- train and coach hourly staff to support talent development
- assist in identifying and developing trainers
- maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure safe working conditions to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
