The company prides itself on delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences, emphasizing quality food, outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive work environment centered on family values.

The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in hiring, managing, and directing store associates to achieve financial goals and operational excellence. The company provides a structured leadership training program lasting three or more weeks to prepare new Assistant Managers thoroughly for success in their role.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating a successful store environment, driving sales, maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service, and supporting the team in meeting company goals. Additionally, the position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a busy kitchen setting.

Panda Express offers generous compensation for this role, with an hourly pay range of $28.50 to $31.50, depending on various factors such as experience and location. In addition to competitive pay, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental insurance, disability coverage, 401K with company match, paid time off, and numerous employee discounts. Furthermore, Panda Express fosters a culture of inclusion and equal opportunity, adhering to all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination and providing reasonable accommodations where necessary.

Joining Panda Express means becoming part of a dynamic and thriving organization dedicated to excellence in both the customer dining experience and employee growth.
