The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is a pivotal position within their store management team. This role involves assisting in the operation of a single store, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you play a direct role in the success of your store, handling responsibilities that shape the daily operations and overall performance. The company supports new leaders with at least three weeks of paid leadership training designed to prepare them for success. This hands-on training includes mentorship from experienced leaders and ongoing career and leadership development opportunities, ensuring that you have the tools and guidance needed to excel in your role and grow within the organization.
