Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of restaurant management experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
  • experience managing labor costs and expenses
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
  • 1 plus year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
  • experience in leading teams, managing labor costs, and controlling expenses
  • knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
