Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of restaurant management experience
- knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
- experience managing labor costs and expenses
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- ability to handle fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
- 1 plus year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
- experience in leading teams, managing labor costs, and controlling expenses
- knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening, peak service, and closing activities
- coach, develop, and schedule team members to ensure ongoing guest satisfaction
- maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- manage inventory, ordering, and cost control processes
- supervise cash handling and ensure accurate reporting
- address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- foster a positive team culture centered on accountability and performance excellence
