This role is focused on supervising and enhancing guest interactions within the dining outlet of a Montage International property. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining experience, directly contributing to guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and leadership. They will circulate on the outlet floor, serve as the point of contact for any guest concerns, and strive to create WOW moments that exceed expectations. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing the dining room setup, managing seating rotations, and assisting with scheduling and coordination of the greeters, servers, and attendants. The role also includes conducting pre-meal meetings to brief the team and participating in ongoing training to maintain high standards. This position demands excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or restaurant supervision
