Adaptability is key in this dynamic environment, and the ability to maintain high standards for food quality and customer satisfaction is required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, alongside at least two years of retail management experience. Additionally, candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Braum's supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement with company match, short-term disability insurance, paid vacation, product discounts, and much more.
This career path at Braum's offers not only a rewarding compensation and benefits package but also opportunities for professional growth within the company.
