The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's is a critical position within the store management team. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $19.00, which translates to an annual salary between $49,500 and $53,500, along with an excellent benefits package and an attractive bi-weekly bonus program designed to reward leadership and performance. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to execute Braum's brand strategy and uphold the company's vision, mission, and values that drive the customer experience and maximize sales.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales within the store. This involves coaching and training the store crew, ensuring that food quality and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of all operations. The role demands active participation in inventory control, monitoring supply levels, overseeing kitchen equipment maintenance, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager shares the responsibility of enforcing Braum's store policies and practices to maintain smooth and efficient store operations.

A valid driver’s license is also required due to the operational demands of the position.
