The position available is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, also referred to as a Food Service Supervisor or Management role. This role is integral to Braum's operational success, involving leadership responsibilities that ensure the store meets its sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager and the leadership team to execute company brand strategies and promote the vision, mission, and values that define Braum's culture.
This full-time role offers an hourly compensation of $18.50 to $19.00, which equates to an annual salary between $56,000 and $58,500, along with a robust benefits package and a bi-weekly bonus program that rewards performance. The work schedule follows a rotating three-week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week, primarily during the 2:00 pm to close shift.
The Assistant Manager's duties are diverse and impactful. This includes teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members, maximizing store sales through excellent customer service and food quality assurance, and overseeing daily operations across multiple facets of the store. They actively participate in inventory and supply monitoring, maintain kitchen equipment functionality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The role also involves enforcing store policies and practices consistently to maintain operational excellence.
Success in this role demands a customer-focused mindset combined with strong leadership and organizational skills. The Assistant Manager must foster a trusting, effective team environment by adapting to the needs of both employees and customers.
