Braum's is currently hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager, also known as a Food Service Supervisor or Management role, designed for motivated individuals who seek a dynamic career in food service and retail management. This position offers an excellent compensation package, including hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $19.00, which translates to an annual salary between $54,500 and $57,500, along with bi-weekly bonus incentives. The role's schedule involves working from 2:00 pm to close, following a rotating three-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.
The Assistant Manager plays a critical leadership role within the store, responsible for supporting the execution of Braum's brand strategy and reinforcing the company’s mission, vision, and values. The goal is to create an outstanding customer experience while maximizing sales and operational efficiency. This position requires overseeing daily operations that encompass the food service functions, the grocery market area, and fountain sales, ensuring all facets work cohesively.
A vital part of the role involves teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence. The Assistant Manager is also tasked with monitoring inventory levels, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are continually met. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
