This position offers hourly compensation between $18.50 and $19.00, translating to an annual salary range of approximately $51,000 to $55,500. It requires a shift starting at 2:00 pm and extending until close, involving varied workdays within a 45-hour workweek based on a rotating three-week schedule.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving store sales and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include teaching, coaching, and leading store crew members to uphold high standards and foster team cohesion. You will oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service functions, grocery market, and fountain sales, ensuring smooth coordination across these departments. Monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment maintenance, and safety and cleanliness standards is also a vital part of your role.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to lead and develop store crew members
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings
  • Must pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment as part of onboarding process
