The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's plays an integral role in driving the success of store operations, supporting both the food service and retail grocery functions. This position is designed for a positive and energetic individual who is passionate about leadership and customer service. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to implement company policies and procedures, maximize sales through superior product quality and service, and foster a motivated and well-trained team. With responsibilities spanning from coaching staff to overseeing inventory and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, the Assistant Manager is a key contributor to the overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $19.00, translating to an annual salary between $49,500 and $52,000. The shift is typically from 2:00 pm until close, averaging 45 hours per week on a rotating 3-week schedule. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
