Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver license
- Ability to work 2:00 pm to close shift and rotating 3-week schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check and job-fit assessment

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Contribute to building an environment of trust and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with leadership team members to align store goals
