The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Braum's is pivotal to the company’s operational success. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales performance. This position offers a competitive hourly compensation range of $18.50 to $19.00, which equates to an annual salary of approximately $52,000 to $55,500, along with an excellent bonus program paid bi-weekly. The work schedule is primarily from 2:00 pm to close, involving a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour workweek. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to work 2:00 pm to close shift and rotating 3-week schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to undergo criminal background check and job-fit assessment

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
