Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law
- Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate schedule changes
- Possess basic leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work early mornings starting at 4 am
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 4 am
Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of every shift
- Support local store marketing initiatives to achieve sales and profit goals
- Lead and train team members through performance and training programs
- Manage scheduling and staffing needs
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
