The Assistant Manager position at QDOBA is a critical role designed to support or stand in the absence of the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. An Assistant Manager at QDOBA works closely with the General Manager to recruit, select, and train team members, ensuring that training systems are fully implemented to maintain high standards. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • minimum 2 years QSR experience including 1 year leadership
