The Assistant Manager position at QDOBA is a critical role designed to support or stand in the absence of the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. The pay range for this position is $17.50 to $21.50 per hour, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role within the fast-paced quick service restaurant (QSR) environment. An Assistant Manager at QDOBA works closely with the General Manager to recruit, select, and train team members, ensuring that training systems are fully implemented to maintain high standards.
