The Assistant Manager position at QDOBA plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years QSR experience including 1 year in leadership
- ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- ability to speak and hear clearly
- able to operate a computer or tablet
- valid driver's license
- have an operable personal cell phone if delivering catering orders
- use personal cell phone to track catering orders in accordance with safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership position
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- highly motivated and organized
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- valid driver's license
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- responsible for training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for training employees are implemented and followed
- assign activities and tasks
- comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems and food safety requirements
- review practices and modify as needed to improve the guest experience
