We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic and motivated team at the Apex, NC location. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a supportive and fun work environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality, and managing the daily operations of the restaurant. This position includes paid training that covers essential management skills and ServSafe Certification, preparing you for success in the fast-paced quick service restaurant industry.

In this role, you will lead and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of positivity, professionalism, and teamwork. You will oversee labor management, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensure compliance with all company policies. Working approximately 50 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, you will play a critical part in driving the restaurant's success and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
