Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 2 years of restaurant management experience, especially in quick service
- Strong leadership, time management, and team player attitude
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work 10-hour shifts
- Positive attitude and self-motivated with dependable attendance

- Complete an 8-12 week paid training program including ServSafe Certification and management skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
